1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • For customized products or special orders, processing times may vary. We will notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer multiple shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days after processing.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions based on your location and local regulations. We will notify you if there are any issues fulfilling your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup in Uniontown & Hartville, Ohio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.

6. Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. The carrier will be selected based on your shipping location, the size of the order, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

7. Shipping of Perishable Items

  • For perishable items like ready-to-fruit substrate bags, we use expedited shipping options to ensure freshness. We recommend customers select a shipping method that ensures delivery within 2-3 days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions that may affect the quality of perishable items. Please plan your orders accordingly.

8. Damages and Issues

  • Mush Ohio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

9. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Mush Ohio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
