Storage and shipping: Store sealed and upside down, out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate at 36–46°F for the longest life and warm to room temperature before use. Best within about 30 days; sealed, refrigerated plates often keep up to about 2 months. Ships Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays.
